Equity Release

Equity Release Loan allows customers to benefit from the equity realised from their properties over time. The Equity Release facility allows a customer to attain an additional loan through the use of an existing asset that is registered by the Bank. The loan amount received through Equity Release finance is the difference between the loan outstanding and the current value of the asset, as per valuation report.
